Q - When can I pick up my order?
A - Most orders can be pick up the day before
Q - When does my order need to be returned?
A - All orders are due the following business day. Events on Saturday need to be returned the following Monday between the hours of 12:00-4:00pm.
Q - Do I need to wash any of the rental items?
A - No. All items need can be returned unwashed. All you have to do it make sure all items do not come back with out trash, confetti or any debris.
Q - Are there delivery fees?
A - Yes. Delivery fees depend on location and milage.
Q - Do tablecloths and other rentals come ironed?
A - Yes all our products come cleaned, ironed and ready to set up. (Excludes DIY Special).
Please note some chair covers do come unironed.
